Shipping Policy
Shipping is provided by USPS. If you select Priority Mail, delivery is usually in 1-3 days, $100 of insurance is included, and tracking provided.
Shipping and handling will be calculated and provided to you at the time of your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The cost varies depending on the item type and quantity.
We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment. Once we place the shipping box in the hands of USPS, it is COMPLETELY out of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. You may cancel your order within 24 hours and your payment will be returned. We are unable to refund any payments past 24 hours.
Please double check the information you provide for each order. If there is an error, you must contact us within 24 hours. We are unable to refund any money past 24 hours.
We will work with you to ensure your order is to your specifications prior to your item's creation. If you have any questions or issues at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once we begin creating your item, no changes can be made.
If there is damage from shipping, please contact the shipper. We cannot assist you with shipping damage.
